We wanted to refresh a container range that was looking dated and needed more production capacity, given that it had been on the market for more than 20 years. This was a basic food storage line, but that didn't mean that it got any less attention than our higher priced offerings. Practical modularity coupled with pure proportions and thoughtful details will allow this reincarnation to stand as a contemporary offering for another 20 years, probably more.
Parametric modularity
The parametric capabilities of NX allowed us to see all possible size iterations at once. We used a spreadsheet to control key parameters as we finely tuned the sizing and capacity of the overall range. This will allow Tupperware to confidently add new products to this range long into the future without additional concept development.
